East Grand Rapids Lacrosse, Big Improvements

Members of the East Grand Rapids lacrosse team have been working hard getting stronger and improving their speed and agility. Here are the dudes hitting some angles in a recent change of direction drill. They train 2 sessions per week and in just 56 days since they started they have built some incredible results so far!

10-Yard: -.05 sec
Broad Jump: +6.3 inches
Vertical Jump: +1 inches
Chinups: +5.3 reps
Pushups: +6.5 reps
Bodyweight: +7.3lbs
Skeletal Muscle Mass: +3.4lbs
