Member Spotlight: Emily Walters has been making noise and it was all due to her focus and dedication! A young professional with a demanding job, Emily began training 2-3 days consistently. She was getting in the groove and really was motivated by the support and accountability of her training partners (our PSTS ladies are a solid group!).
Emily made a goal to ramp it up last month and that’s exactly what she did -training between 4-5x per week! In the past Emily tried a number of workout programs but now she’s stronger and better shape than ever before. Emily contributes a lot of her success due to the variety in the program which is challenging yet allows her workouts from getting stale.
Great job on your commitment Emily and we’re so glad you’re part of the PSTS Family! Congrats!
