PowerStrength Training Systems recently hosted its highly anticipated 2025 Winter Premier Combine, setting a new standard for elite athlete performance.
The Premier Advanced Training program is reserved for athletes who are very serious about their athletic goals and performance. They must have training experience and train at least 3 sessions per week, and adhere to strict recovery, nutrition, and sleep guidelines. Premier is mainly reserved for juniors and seniors, with some invited sophomores and the occasional freshman.
The theme for this year’s event was “UNDISPUTED”— a fitting choice as there is no question about these athletes’ dedication, talent, and hard work. Premier athletes commit to doing what matters, setting big goals, and pushing themselves to reach new heights.
Many athletes achieved personal records on their tests, reflecting their commitment to the training process.
An astounding 82 athletes participated in this year’s Combine, demonstrating the impact of the Premier program.
Over the years, Premier has delivered undeniable results, and this year was no different. The numbers were staggering, showcasing the development of strength, speed, and explosiveness across the board.
