This Fall, many PowerStrength athletes have been lighting it up under the Friday night lights — and it’s not just the upperclassmen. A growing group of freshmen and sophomores have been making their presence felt on the football field, from Varsity standouts to rising JV and Freshman leaders.

Each of these young athletes represents the PowerStrength standard — hard work, consistency, and leadership — both in the gym and with their teams. Their dedication to improving their speed, strength, and athleticism is already paying off in a big way this season.
