This Fall was one of the most decorated seasons in PowerStrength history.

A remarkable 93 PowerStrength athletes earned postseason awards across 8 different sports, representing schools all over West Michigan, including 23 athletes who earned All-State honors.

Their success reflects the same traits they demonstrate inside our facilities every week: consistency, discipline, coachability, and a commitment to long-term development. 

These postseason awards were earned through months and years of effort, and we are proud to recognize every athlete who stepped forward and elevated their game this Fall.

WHY THIS FALL THIS FALL WAS DIFFERENT

Across all 8 sports, PowerStrength athletes showed a level of preparation and performance that stood out.

Season after season, athletes who train with intention — strength training consistently, developing speed and power, and build durable movement patterns — step onto the field or court ready to contribute. This Fall, that preparation translated into team leadership roles, breakout seasons, and postseason recognition at every level.

Parents, coaches, and athletes repeatedly tell us the same thing: the physical gains matter, but the confidence and resilience gained through structured training are what truly separate athletes during big moments.
