Chandler Van Solkema of South Christian earned Athlete of the Month! Chandler has been consistent, he’s trained for one full year straight (over 130 workouts)!
He achieved this while playing basketball and football, as well as participating in team workouts.
Chandler gained 20 pounds even though he has been in a sports season for 7+ months. He also cut his 10 yard sprint time by a massive .25 seconds! His strength has consistently climbed each month along with improved mobility and athleticism from keeping his movement skills sharp.
You’d be hard-pressed to find someone more consistent and more attention to detail than this guy, especially as a freshman.
We are looking forward to watching him tote the rock this fall as a sophomore football player and achieve new goals.
