Chase Dutton came to PowerStrength because a teammate recommended it.
Two years later, the results have been massive — a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete who’s now drawing real interest from college programs.
Here’s how the work got done.
THE START
Chase’s introduction to PowerStrength came through someone he trusted.
“I had a friend actually recommend me here,” he said.
The two had crossed paths in both baseball and basketball.
“He was like, ‘if you want to train, this is where you should go.'”

At the time, Chase was competing in three sports — baseball, basketball, and football — with baseball as his primary focus.
He’s since narrowed it to baseball and basketball, carrying what he’s built at PowerStrength into both.
FROM UNFAMILIAR TO ESSENTIAL
Like most athletes walking in for the first time, Chase didn’t immediately recognize everything he was being asked to do.
“The first time, I thought it was kind of odd — some of the workouts, because I’d never known them,” he said.
That unfamiliarity didn’t last.
“Now it’s one of my biggest things. I’m here three days a week, and it’s really helped me improve a lot.”

THE RESULTS
Consistency over two years has paid off across the board for Chase — physically and mentally.
“I’ve gotten faster, a lot stronger — and overall, even my mental, everything’s better here after training,” he said.
On the field and court, the impact has been immediate and noticeable.
“More explosive, quicker off the ball — I beat a lot more people, a lot faster.”
THE TURNING POINT
Chase points to a specific stretch where the work he’d been putting in became undeniable.
“Over the winter I gained a lot of weight, and my stats just skyrocketed,” he said.

The transformation shows up clearly in the numbers.
“I think I was like 160, 165 pounds when I came here. Now I’m up to 185, sometimes 190.”
THE RIGHT COMPLEMENT TO SCHOOL
Chase still values what he gets from his high school program — PowerStrength has simply given him another layer on top of it.
“You’re pushed a lot more here, and it’s a lot faster-paced. You get a lot more done in the hour,” he said.
The difference, in his experience, comes down to focus.
At school, he’s training alongside a much larger group; at PowerStrength, the sessions are built specifically around him and his sport.
“Here, they focus on you and your sport, and they train you for that.”
THE COMMUNITY
Training alongside other serious, driven athletes at PowerStrength has pushed Chase to raise his own standard.
“It helps a lot — once I see them working hard, I want to work harder,” he said. “They push you a lot here, and it’s just a really good atmosphere.”

Even the encouragement from other athletes in the room makes a difference.
“The kids will go up and say some good work and all that. It’s just a really good atmosphere here.”
THE COACHES
For Chase, the coaching staff’s approach comes down to respect and communication.
“I like how they have a lot of respect, and they’re upfront with you,” he said. “They’ll ask you how you want to work, and then they’ll base the workout toward what you want to do specifically.”

THE PAYOFF
Chase’s goal has always been to play baseball at the next level — and the work he’s put in at PowerStrength has directly supported that pursuit.
“Working hard, getting stronger, more powerful — it’s really helped me get my name out in front of coaches, because of my stats,” he said.
That effort has translated into real results in the recruiting process, with Chase now fielding interest from college programs as he heads into his senior season.
HIS ADVICE
Ask Chase what he’d tell another athlete considering PowerStrength, and his answer doesn’t leave much room for doubt.
“I think you totally should do it,” he said. “It’s totally worth everything you could possibly do here.”

Asked to sum up what PowerStrength has meant to him, he kept it simple and direct.
“PowerStrength is great,” he said. “Everything about it is just great — everything you could ask for.”
