CPPS Certification at PowerStrength

CPPS Certification Weekend is in the books at PowerStrength! ‘CPPS’ stands for Certified Physical Preparation Specialist.

This was a hands-on certification for coaches and trainers from all over the country!

Joe DeFranco and James Smith have built one of the premiere courses for anyone who coaches others to safely improve performance.

PSTS represented with 7 more coaches taking the course this weekend! We have had a total of 13 coaches go through this and it is mandatory for all our staff.

Tremendous opportunity for our team and great time meeting, and learning, from other like-minded coaches!
