Over 70 local athletes stepped onto the floor for the 2026 Winter Premier Advanced Training Combine this weekend, once again elevating the standard for what elite preparation looks like in West Michigan.
The Premier Advanced Training program is a 3-month program designed for athletes who are serious about their development. Entry is earned, not given – as this is an invite-only program.
The program is primarily built for Juniors and Seniors, with select underclassmen invited based on readiness and maturity. Athletes must already have a solid training foundation, commit to at least three sessions per week, and follow a disciplined accountability program around recovery and nutrition.
Our Premier athletes are held to a higher standard – they choose structure over shortcuts, accountability over excuses, and long-term development over temporary results. They’re coached to understand what it means to show up consistently and do what others won’t.
This Winter was no different.
The testing floor reflected this deep commitment with some big-time performances at the Combine.
The numbers told a powerful story of development, but the mindset that is developed to achieve success in multiple areas is what cannot be measured.
Personal records were set across multiple events, with athletes displaying noticeable gains in strength, speed, and explosiveness.
The Leader Boards for each event are below.

SETTING THE STANDARD FOR ELITE ATHLETES
Each athlete who participated in the 2026 Winter Premier Advanced Training Combine made meaningful gains over the past three months in speed, strength, size, and explosiveness – positioning for success heading into their upcoming sports seasons.
Some will continue their development in the Spring Premier program, while others will carry their momentum into their sports season and continue training through PowerStrength’s personal training programs.
Premier athletes operate with a college-ready mindset. They embrace structure. They compete with one another. They push the pace of every session. When you surround yourself with athletes who choose to Get Serious, you either raise your standards or you get left behind.
And for PowerStrength athletes who lead from the front like our Premier group, the gap continues to widen from their competition.
