PSTS Water Polo – “The Muscle Dolphin”

Longtime PSTS athlete and Connecticut College Sophomore water polo player Stephen Cress (Rockford), continues to have an impressive season. He earn All-American Honorable Mention as a sophomore! http://camelathletics.com/sports/mwaterpolo/2015-16/releases/20151216mr5mqf

Steve trains alongside all our college football players during the off-season and has earned the nickname “muscle dolphin” around the gym. His strength, mobility, and intensity has helped him tremendously he says, especially in a sport where training the “PSTS-style’ isn’t the norm. Below is an excerpt of his game this past week against Harvard…

“Cress turned in one of the plays of the year that thrilled the packed crowd in Lott Natatorium on his second half score when he collected a loose ball in his defensive end and launched a long high arching baseball-toss shot the length of the pool to beat the Crimson keeper to his cage.”

We’re not surprised….Muscle Dolphin just being Muscle Dolphin…
