Emily’s PSTS Fat-Loss Transformation


“I feel the best I have in 10 years. I am not strong for a girl, I am strong because I am capable of being strong. Every girl (no matter the age) is capable of lifting weights and getting strong.”

Emily Walters began training at PowerStrength in March of 2016, and her fitness transformation began as soon as she set foot on the PSTS floor.

Emily’s first goal was to consistently attend 3 workouts per week.

Once that become a lifestyle habit, her and Coach Murphy sat down to set mini-goals aimed at fat-loss. Together they developed a nutrition, workout, and recovery plan to SUCCEED.

The next goal was to lose 6 pounds of fat in 3-weeks. Not only did Emily meet this goal, she crushed it! From there, the mini-goals continued, and more progress followed.

Now months later, Emily has lost over 16 pounds of pure fat and has gained muscle in the process! She has decreased her body fat by over 5%.

The best part of Emily’s story? She is feeling her best!
