Here are the dudes hitting some angles in a recent change of direction drill. They train 2 sessions per week and in just 56 days since they started they have built some incredible results so far!
10-Yard: -.05 sec
Broad Jump: +6.3 inches
Vertical Jump: +1 inches
Chinups: +5.3 reps
Pushups: +6.5 reps
Bodyweight: +7.3lbs
Skeletal Muscle Mass: +3.4lbs
