Congrats To The Grand Rapids Press Dream Team Athletes!
It was a banner year for a number of PSTS High School Football athletes. After every season we give a breakdown to highlight as many athletes and their teams as possible. To save time and multiple posts, we’ll aim to do that within one post.
*As we always say, it takes a village. These athletes have supportive parents, coaches, and teammates that allow any personal accolades to be possible. We at PSTS simply have the privilege to provide additional training, information, and guidance to benefit the athlete as much as we can.
The season concluded last weekend at Ford Field as we watched GR Catholic Central and West Catholic capture state titles. We had the opportunity to work with over 40 athletes from those teams at one point or another. Congrats to both communities, their coaching staffs, and their fans on a championship season.
Over 20 PSTS football athletes earned All-Conference Awards.
10 athletes were selected to the GR Press Dream Teams.
The following 8 athletes earned All-State Honors
David Fox – W. Catholic (Dream Team Defense Player of the Year)
Sam Neville- W. Catholic
Dalton Agers – Hudsonville
Jack Mandryk – Hudsonville
Steve Spenner – Berrien Springs
Nate Umlor – Allendale
Drew Couturier- Allendale
Colton Kloote – Allendale
We hope we didn’t forget anyone!
Congrats to these young men as their sacrifice, effort, and dedication were rewarded with either, an acknowledgement and/or a championship. Another great season for the books!
