Many of our high school football athletes had tremendous seasons’ here in West Michigan. All our PowerStrength football players are dedicated to their teams and personal development. If they train with us, they are coming for additional work to compliment their routine training schedule. These guys embrace the process of improvement and all have the “complacency kills” mindset.

Most of all, we are very proud of them for contributing to the high-level of Grand Rapids-area football.

The majority of the athletes listed below take part in our Premiere Advanced Football Training Program, which is an exclusive program designed to prepare athletes for the next level – be it the college level, or to maximize their contribution in high school. Athletes complete speed and strength performance testing, Body Composition Analysis tests, combine test and camp instruction, recruiting guidelines, goal-setting and habit coaching, performance nutrition instruction and meal prep guidance, and more – all while following a complete athletic performance program.

Regardless, it’s no secret that much of the success they receive in this process is from being around those who are on the same mission as them, from those who will challenge them, and/or from those who have already “been there.”
