“Before PowerStrength, I was inconsistent with working out and trying all kinds of at home programs for accountability.  I didn’t feel like I put in the max effort because nobody could tell what I was doing or if I was doing the moves correctly.  I felt stressed a lot and I didn’t feel myself. PowerStrength has helped me gain strength and lose 12 pounds.  I have also loved meeting new people and making some really great friends. Being a school social worker/therapist, working out is a big component of being physically and mentally healthy.
