I’ve always enjoyed working out but my workouts were never as intense or detailed as the workouts I received from PSTS. The biggest thing that I’ve learned is what goes into training outside of the weight room- for example, eating habits, hydration, and sleeping habits. Oh yeah, and of course embracing the suck. The intensity, atmosphere and competitive nature are the things I enjoy most at PSTS. There is never a day where you are not pushed to get better.
