The following are some of the most common questions we get from clients as they look to get started with us.

Scheduling is specific to location and time of year. Schedule your Free Assessment to learn more about membership options and selecting the best schedule for you.

Each training session is 55-minutes in length. Each session includes: a dynamic warm-up, speed & agility training, power development, strength training and conditioning.

That’s a perfect scenario! We love introducing beginners to safe training, hard work, and building proper habits. Our coaches work with each individual athlete within a private, small group setting so the workouts are specifically designed for their current ability and level of fitness.

Regardless if they are new to training or have done other programs in the past, we will prescribe the best plan for where they’re at and what they need to improve. We determine this through a complimentary assessment and parent consultation so you know exactly the type of program and environment your child will be participating in.

Your athlete will be training alongside a maximum of 7 other athletes per coach each session. These small, private sessions ensure optimal, safe, and detailed training is taking place during every session.

Athletes should train as often as their schedule allows for consistency. A good aiming point is to train at least 2 sessions per week. The more they attend, the more they are coached, the more habits are reinforced, and the faster their results will show up.

Consistency allows us to help build a foundation and truly build upon it as they are learning so many new skills. Especially at a young age!

Youth – This program is specifically designed for 5th-8th grade boys & girls who want to be faster, stronger, and more confident. Building self-confidence, self-esteem, and better nutritional habits is an important part of this program. Our main goals are to show developing athletes that training can be fun and help them learn the real power of hard work and delayed gratification, while helping set the foundation for success – not only for sports, but successful habits for the rest of their lives.

High School – This program is specifically designed for high school male and female athletes who want to be faster, stronger, more confident, and are ready to consistently dedicate themselves to improving. Our main goal of this program is to take athletes to the next level. That could be helping an athlete earn more playing time, get a chance to play in college, or earn a scholarship. Whatever the goal of the athlete, we can guide them to achieve it.

College – This program is specifically designed for current college athletes of all sports who want to be faster, stronger, pain-free, and better when they return to school. Our main goal of this program is to provide athletes a professional training environment that is an extension of their college programs.
