Youth Athletes

Our youth program is designed for 4th-8th grade athletes of all sports and abilities to build a stronger foundation of athleticism. This program helps athletes ‘learn to train’ safely in the fundamentals of movement, allowing them to progress to more advanced methods as they mature. Athletes experience training in a fun, but focus environment. They build greater self-confidence through the power of hard work, delayed gratification, and focused guidance.

Athletes train in very small groups of other athletes their own age for the highest amount of quality attention and the best results. Our coaches are expert, certified trainers – and even better role models. They teach athletes how to exercise safely, develop healthy habits, build their self-esteem, and have fun! Each athlete follows a results-based, proven training program that meets their current ability level and goals.

High School Athletes

This program is specifically designed for male and female athletes in 8th-12th grade who are ready to get serious about elevating their performance to the next level. Whether it’s making the team, earning more playing time, or getting recruited and securing a college scholarship, we help athletes of all experience and ability levels accomplish their goals.

Our expert coaches provide safe and effective training sessions to enhance speed, strength, explosive power, and overall athleticism. Every session, exercise, and detail is 100% led and determined by a certified PowerStrength trainer. Athletes leave our sessions with the self-confidence and skills to succeed in the gym, in sport, and with a strong foundation for future success.

College Athletes

This program is designed to prepare college-bound high school seniors and current college athletes looking to gain a competitive edge in their sport. Whether you’re attending a local college, or are home for winter or summer break, our professional trainers will help you transform into the best shape of your life.

Increase your speed, get stronger, bullet-proof your body from the risk of injury, and step on campus with greater confidence knowing you’re fully-prepared. Home to the largest collection of local college athletes in West Michigan, train and compete alongside other top athletes in a focused environment and watch your performance reach an all time high.
