I went into this gym with serious hesitation after dealing with back, hip, and leg injuries in the military. After getting a lot of support from the coaches; I am able to get out of bed without pain, have enough energy to walk the dogs after work, and can still play with my nieces and nephews on the weekends.
I would be living a different life if I never met this gym. The coaches work with you and meet you where you are at. They are always quick to listen to me when I have doubts and questions about the exercises. They will adjust the exercise as needed and push you when able.
The last great element of this gym: There is ALWAYS a rack, bench, weights, bands, and anything else I may need when I need them.

The coaches at PowerStrength go above and beyond to make everyone, both teen athletes and adults, feel welcome and a part of the team. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. I have learned so much about strength training and my body. The coaches continue to encourage and push me towards my goals. PowerStrength Alpine is a great place to work out!
