I went into this gym with serious hesitation after dealing with back, hip, and leg injuries in the military. After getting a lot of support from the coaches; I am able to get out of bed without pain, have enough energy to walk the dogs after work, and can still play with my nieces and nephews on the weekends.

I would be living a different life if I never met this gym. The coaches work with you and meet you where you are at. They are always quick to listen to me when I have doubts and questions about the exercises. They will adjust the exercise as needed and push you when able.

The coaches at PowerStrength go above and beyond to make everyone, both teen athletes and adults, feel welcome and a part of the team. The atmosphere is energetic and fun.
