Its been an amazing experience at this gym. The coaches are welcoming, knowledgably, and supportive. Its the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommend!!

Kids have gone for years and now the entire family participates. Kids have not only gotten stronger, faster, and more athletic, but have gained more confidence in everything they do.

I went into this gym with serious hesitation after dealing with back, hip, and leg injuries in the military. After getting a lot of support from the coaches; I am able to get out of bed without pain, have enough energy to walk the dogs after work, and can still play with my nieces and nephews on the weekends. I would be living a different life if I never met this gym. The coaches work with you and meet you where you are at. They are always quick to listen to me when I have doubts and questions about the exercises. They will adjust the exercise as needed and push you when able. The last great element of this gym: There is ALWAYS a rack, bench, weights, bands, and anything else I may need when I need them.

LOVE is an understatement when I talk about Power Strength. With their help I have become stronger and able to do so much! No intimidation- just encouragement and fun!!!! Thank you Austin, Caleb, Mike, Craig, Brian, and YT.

The coaches at PowerStrength go above and beyond to make everyone, both teen athletes and adults, feel welcome and a part of the team. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. I have learned so much about strength training and my body. The coaches continue to encourage and push me towards my goals. PowerStrength Alpine is a great place to work out!
